Changing Lanes: Thriving in our 40’s Thursday 24th February’22 19.30 - 21.00

“Midlife is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close, and whispers in your ear: I’m not screwing around. All of this pretending and performing – these coping mechanisms that you’ve developed to protect yourself from feeling inadequate and getting hurt – has to go”
Brene Brown, 2018
We’re individuals: we have different genetics, lifestyles and stresses. But in midlife (40s and beyond) your body is changing, so living & moving the way you always have may not work for you anymore. Body shapes can evolve from pear to apple storing fat around your middle, anxiety can come from nowhere leading to insomnia, random hairs can grow in the course of a day and periods can go from non existent to floods. So join this workshop to hear what’s going on and  learn some tips and ideas on how to live & thrive!
Book with your contact details and reference “Cositas – Changing Lanes”
