Covid-19 FAQ's

As always your safety and the safety of our team are of upmost importance to us and we continue to adhere to the practices we’ve had in place including deep cleaning of the shop every day, various hand sanitising stations around the shop and a separate entrance and exit to help maintain social distancing.

Online Orders
Our website is open and is vital to our survival and so we are supporting it and delivering the best possible service we can, so please feel able to order with confidence just as you did before. We have implemented increased hygiene when packaging your orders.


We offer a number of delivery options, Local, National and International – for full details please see our Delivery Info page.  We offer Click & Collect from our shop on Holywell Hill, Royal Mail Delivery and a courier option.  We have noticed that delivery via Royal Mail has been a little slower than usual, so if speed is a priority we’d suggest using our courier option.  To date, our couriers are still running without disruption and have also put in place a number of procedures, such as contactless delivery, to keep you safe.


We’re happy to announce that we are now booking again for our Creative Workshops, although we have had to introduce some small changes.

We are adhering to social distance rules and in fact go beyond the recommended measures in many areas

Mask wearing is no longer imperative but we will wear one while we’re not seated and encourage you to do the same.

We are unable to provide refreshments,  but you are welcome to bring your own favourite tipple or a flask of tea with your own cup


Paint has been in very high demand and as a result stocks are low both with us and nationally. However if we don’t have a colour in stock, do email us on as we may be able to find another stockist who does have it and we can point you to them so you can get your order fulfilled.
